In a passage from Ippabeshinzai Gyokutsu, Tamatsubo is read as Gyokuko, and the store name was originally called Gyokuko, but customers were having a hard time reading Gyokuko, so it was written as Tamatsubo, which is easier to read. I’ve been called.

As the name continued to be called Tamatsubo, it became deeply ingrained not only among customers but also among us who work at the store, and now the store’s name is officially Tamatsubo.
